GRJC will hold its annual members picnic on October 6th from  11:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m. Lunch will be catered. Because of this, we ask that you please do not RSVP unless you can make it. Also, we will not be able to accept RSVP's after September 14th, unless you are a new member joining after that date. NO EXCEPTIONS!

PLEASE READ RULES BELOW BEFORE RESPONDING

Prize raffle will follow lunch. This is your chance to use those attendace tickets you have earned in the past year. 

The GRJC RTI ramp will be on hand to test your flex!

Now for the Rules/Requests:

1. This event is for PAID members and their immediate family This includes Spouse, significant other, and kids(18 and under) ONLY!! 

2. Unless helping set up, PLEASE dont show up early, as there will be plenty of work going on to get ready for the event. 

3. If you have 2 members in your household, please have each respond seperatly so that we can make up ticket packets. 

4. PLEASE do not RSVP if you cannot come. THis is a waste of money for the club. 

5. Please do not tallk about it or share details on our facebook page. 

6. Dues MUST be present at the time of picnic in order to attend. 

7. NO PETS are allowed at the picnic

8. we will not be able to accept RSVP's after September 14th, unless you are a new member joining after that date. NO EXCEPTIONS!

There is currently no scheduled trail ride afterwards.
