GRJC will hold its annual members picnic on October 5th from 11:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m. Lunch will be catered. Because of this, we ask that you please do not RSVP unless you can make it. Also, we will not be able to accept RSVP's after September 13th at Noon, unless you are a new member joining after that date. NO EXCEPTIONS!
PLEASE READ RULES BELOW BEFORE RESPONDING
1. This event is for PAID members and their immediate family This includes Spouse, significant other, and kids(18 and under) ONLY!!
2. Dues MUST be present at the time of picnic in order to attend.
3. If you have 2 members in your household, please have each respond separately so that we can make up ticket packets.
4. PLEASE do not RSVP if you cannot come. This is a waste of money for the club. If your plans change, please let us know ASAP.
5. Please do not talk about it or share details on our Facebook page.
6. Unless helping set up, PLEASE don’t show up early, as there will be plenty of work going on to get ready for the event.
7. NO PETS are allowed at the picnic.
8. We will not be able to accept RSVP's after September 13th at noon, unless you are a new member joining after that date. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Lunch will be catered by Distintive Catering. Menu includes Smoked Pulled Barbecue Chicken and Pulled Barbecue Pork, Appropriate Buns, Baked Beans, Potato Salad, Coleslaw, Potato Chips and Dip, and drinks.
Prize raffle will follow lunch. This is your chance to use those attendace tickets you have earned in the past year.
The GRJC RTI ramp will be on hand to test your flex!
There is currently no scheduled trail ride afterwards.
