The previous Air Force Chief of Staff, General Goldfein, charged
Air Education and Training Command with helping the Air Force
better prepare flight-level leaders as part of his effort to strengthen
squadrons. This is a challenge that Air University accepted in
2018. The result was The Flight Leadership Course. Today, that
program, reimagined for a wider audience is now available to
everyone across the force to support the development of
leadership competencies and improve unit performance!
