Come join the Mai Tai and Grub Club for lunch at one of Honolulu's hidden gems. The food is delicious and the location is breathtaking!
Place your order at the counter as you enter the restaurant. A few of us will get there early to secure tables. There is a parking lot with plenty of parking available.
Waioli Kitchen & Bake Shop is a unique restaurant that originally opened in 1922 and provided vocational training to orphans housed at the Salvation Army Girls Home that was also located on the Manoa Campus. Today, the new Waioli provides vocational training to graduates of programs for the treatment of substance abuse and for individuals recently released from incarceration. The new owners are committed to restoring the original mission of meeting the needs of the underserved in our community.
