Discussing Club Gobernance (the boring maths part) 
Planning Upcoming Events/Activities/Fundraising efforts (the fun part!)

Do I need to bring anything? 
Not this time! if you want a special type of beverage you should bring your own. 

How long is this going to take? 
To respect everyones time/obligations we are officially scheduled for one hour... however... if anyone wants to come in before the meeting or stay after to discuss (or extend discussion) I will be available for at least 30 mins prior/after. 

Is it always going to be on this date/at this time?
Yes! it was voted on during June drive by meeting.
This is a recurring event- specific date could change to accomodate for Federal/Training Holidays

Is it always going to be at this place? 
No. This month is being graciously hosted by Victoria at her house. However, I am hoping we are able to use other/more formal meeting facilities on post in the future. I am striving to stay on Shafter/close surrounding areas if at all possible.
