Join us for our first FLYP Gets Fit event of the year! We are working with Tower Yoga to provide a hot and energizing yoga class led by Jameson. This is a FLYP exclusive event, meaning FREE for members and $15 for non-members.
Registration includes the class, a mat, & towel rental.
11:30am-12:00pm: Check-in
12:00pm-1:00pm: Class
1:00pm-1:30pm: Mix, mingle, recover
All are welcome. No experience required. Please stay after class for a delicious conversation hour with refreshments!
Space is limited and prior registration is required.
