Eagle Group's March Meeting
Topic: The Intersection of Pilates, Health & Adventure - How You Can Benefit (Michael Gayle)

You'll want to be front and center for this month’s interactive presentation with Michael Gayle, U.S. Marine cold-weather and survival-training veteran, former Minnesota Vikings fitness trainer and passionate leader of MGayle Outdoor Fitness Adventures where he creates, prepares (mentally, physically and emotionally) and leads exotic adventures worldwide.
As one of the top personal trainers in Minnesota, Michael believes that great physical fitness results from a deep emotional commitment to change. Through this commitment, he finds that people fully realize their enormous potential.
This month at Eagle Group, Michael shares with you proven principles, concepts and strategies that will teach you to move in a whole new way & stay strong for life! And he asks these questions that can come up when fatigue settles in during career transition and job search:
Are you tired of waking up to a body that feels like it's getting weaker instead of stronger with each passing day? Are you ready to do something about it? Are you ready to move at a whole new level for life?
During Michael’s presentation you'll learn:
- How you can stay healthful and adventure-ready for life
- Warm-up & Pilates exercises you can integrate into your current practice
- How to tap into a proven system that will lengthen, strengthen, tone & balance your entire body almost anywhere with limited equipment
- How to develop a feedback system that will alert you when your body is in a place that could result in injury
Since 2009, Michael has lead adventures to locales such as Antarctica, Argentina, Greece, Uruguay and much of the U.S. More recently, he’s trained and crossed the finish line with two first-time American Birkebeiner 55K XC-ski racers. His credentials include Comprehensive 670-hour classical Pilates certification from Six Degrees, Certified NOLS wilderness first responder & winter guide certification, mixed martial arts training and kinesiology study at University of Minnesota.
