- DGJWC members and prospective members will be given early access before invitation is opened to the public.
- No refunds unless event is cancelled due to mandated Covid restrictions.
- Parking info and address details will be sent in confirmation/reminder emails.
Safe and Socially Distant - Held in a private, covered, outdoor space in South DG, you won’t wait in long lines this year!
- Our small team of helpers will be masked as they take your temperature upon arrival.
- Cleaning will be implemented throughout the day for any high touch areas.
- Masks requested upon arrival/departure but optional for photo. Santa, at a distance, will be unmasked.
- We are following current guidelines for less than 10 people in a space.
Private Photo Op - Your child(ren) can greet Santa and take a socially-distant picture with Santa.
- Kids only preferred for the photo. No multi-family groups.
- Santa will be seated in a homey, seasonal scene featuring Christmas trees, presents, and a giant stone hearth with a real fire. Children will stand or sit on a blanket 6 ft from Santa.
- Pro camera used by our helpers and you’re welcome to snap your own photos.
- Photos will be available for download online by the end of the day Wednesday, Dec. 9.
Other Exciting Elements - We’re offering a North Pole letter service…drop your family’s letter to Santa in our magical mailbox and you’ll receive a reply from the big guy before Christmas. Make sure to write your return address clearly!
- All children will receive a small bag of reindeer food as a parting gift!
