When is the last time you achieved AND enjoyed something at work? What about achieved AND enjoyed something with your family; your friends? And how recently have you enjoyed something just for you?
Despite the world-wide quest for work-life balance, very few have found an acceptable definition of it – let alone an acceptable practice for themselves!
There is no one size fits all, its balance we should strive for. It’s different for all of us because we all have different priorities and different lives. Let’s work together and define what work-life balance is for each of us and find best practices to improve yours.
