Come out and experience SPENGA in downtown Downers for a 60 minute sweat session that includes: 20 minutes of cycling, 20 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of yoga. Erin will be instructing our group through the session, and is sure to keep us motivated with an amazing playlist! After the session, please join us in all your sweaty glory for a post-workout refresher at Emmett’s Brewing Company, across the street from SPENGA. The class is no charge, however, drinks at Emmett’s will be on your own, so do not forget your wallet!
This class will be open to only DGAN members, and will be limited to the first 22 RSVPs. Don’t forget your water bottle, and a small towel is nice to have as well!
SPENGA asks that anyone new to SPENGA complete a member profile prior to our class on August 22, 2017. They can complete the member profile by calling the studio, or simply going online and registering for a class (any class, they will not actually attend the class, this is just to establish a profile) and exiting at the point when they are asked for payment method. This information will be saved as their member profile, but they will not be registered for the class.
