What: Pre-Sale Party
Meet new members, check out the sale from above, buy a beverage or something to eat to fuel up! (CMOTC shoppers & helpers only! Helpers must be approved ahead of time. Scroll to bottom for info. Sellers & volunteers should be setting up the sales floor please!)

When: 6pm Check-in Begins! Shopping begns 7:15pm

Where: Resolute Athletic Complex
Enter Resolute and go up to the second floor. Stop at our table to check in with our VP Moriah H. You MUST get a wristband in order to shop. Helpers must also have a wristband! Wristbands will be numbered so you can hangout and mingle. We will start to form a line at 7:00PM, but shopping does not begin until 7:15PM!

Who: All members and approved "helpers"

Please do not bring children or wear babies on the sales floor. If needed, you may have a helper stay with your child upstairs while you shop downstairs. 

Please only sort your items in the designated sorting area. Take the time to put unwanted items back from where you got them. 

Challenge: 
Talk to three different members you've never met before while shopping!

Helper info: If you are a member and have a medical condition where you need help at the sale or are at least 20 weeks pregnant, you can have 1 helper attend the sale with you. If this is you, please email cmotcmembership@gmail.com with your name and your helper's name. We need this info. at least 2 days before the sale. Remember, your helper is there to help you. They may not shop for themselves. Thank  you for understanding!
Did you know sellers and volunteers get to shop early at 7PM? If you would like to sign up for a volunteer shift, email cmotcsale@gmail.com. If you are interested in selling Our new seller orientation is now online and you can still complete until Aug 15th. Last day to enter items once you are a registered seller is Monday Aug 22.
