ATTENTION! WE DO NOT HAVE A NORMAL MEETING IN DECEMBER! OUR HOLIDAY PARTY REPLACES OUR MEETING! Read below for details!
Join us on Friday, December 14th at Christy Ricca's house for our annual holiday party! (Thank you Christy for hosting!) There will be plenty of friends, food, festive desserts, music, a few activities & of course our gift exchange! Dress up, dress down, come in cozy flannels or sport your best festive wear.
CMOTC will be providing a catered meal from Cafe Davincis.
Please bring something to share:
If your last name starts with A-M bring an appetizer to share
If your last name starts with N-Z bring a dessert to share
We will have water & pop available. Bring your own adult beverages! #BYOB
The party starts at 7PM. Members often carpool to this event with people in their area or consider getting a Uber together. Carpools will be started up on our Facebook page. If you're not on our Facebook page and would like to carpool, please email me: garnet.shumaker@gmail.com. I will connect you with someone in your area if possible!
Towards the end of the night, we have a gift exchange! (The gift exchange is 100% optional. If you cannot bring a gift or food to share, do not let that stop you from coming!) Bring a $10-$15 wrapped gift. It can be a funny gift, useful, something you would want for yourself, a giftcard, etc. Please do not bring any used or dirty items for the exchange. We will draw numbers and that will be the order we choose our gifts. After selecting your gift, you must quickly open it and show everyone what it is. A gift can be stolen twice. After the second time, the gift is retired. The person that draws #1 will have the opportunity at the end of the exchange to choose if she would like to keep her gift or swap. There will also be some raffles at the end of the party.
