The class moves around the mat from the ground to standing positions, using a combination of dynamic movement and held poses, always tied to the breath. Modifications or options are offered for most poses. By moving in ways different from the patterns of daily life, students will cultivate ease in their bodies and minds. All are welcome, from beginners to those with an established practice. Yoga mats are available, but of course bring your personal mat!
