Build aerobic endurance and muscular strength all in one workout. With a challenging combination of classes that incorporate resistance training, rowing and stretching, you will get the most out of your workout using Concept 2 rowing ergs. Get to the boathouse fifeteen minuntes early to find a great spot on the platform with an awesome view of New Haven Harbor!
(Weather permitting. Minimum of 5 participants. RSVP required and must be received by 8pm the evening before class.)
