This course will address the various duties and responsibilities associated with the assignment as a Tactical Team Commander. Topics include leadership, liability, public perception, specialty munitions, history of tactical operations, tactical case reviews, training standards, policy and procedures, tactical decision-making, POST guidelines, and requirements of Penal Code Section 13514.1.
Attached is the CATO Covid Policy. Students will be required to sign a waiver on the first day of class.
