Two-hour “Hands-on” Cheesemaking Class with Farm Tour
Join us at the Art of Cheese in Longmont for a 2-hour class where we will learn about cheesemaking and get hands-on experience making our own homemade cheese. We will be making Mozzarella and Burrata. At the end of class, we’ll tour the farm.
We have 12 spots available, so this event is open to any DGs and their guest(s). Tickets must be purchased ahead of time and are $65/dues paying member & $75/non-dues paying members and guests.
