About the Speaker
Xin Yuan, Impact Environmental 
Xin Yuan is the Quality Control Manager of Impact Environmental and is a licensed professional engineer in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. He has eight years of experiences in site investigation, remediation, waste management, compliance and permitting of contaminated property development. Xin also serves on the board of Chinese Environmental Scholars and Professionals Network as chairman.
