“R” you ready to start the New Year with some Change Management “R, R, & R”?
Join us for our World Café on January 7 to brainstorm three popular “R” topics:
Resilience – explore ways we can help people and orgs build their resilience.
Readiness – share how you can tell if people are really ready for change?
Reinforcement – share tactics that work for you!
In case you have not participated in a World Café session before, here’s how it works:
- We divide into three groups (to discuss the three topics.)
- “Table leaders” facilitate the sharing of ideas on the specific topic at their table.
- After 15 minutes of idea sharing, all participants (other than the table leaders) move to a different table with a different topic.
- After three rounds, the table leaders report out the collected ideas from the evening.
We all leave with new ideas to try and new change management friends. World cafes are energizing, and we hope you will join us!
If you would like to be a table leader for one of “R” topics, please reach out to our Volunteer Coordinator, Deb Stets, and we will give you all the prep you need to do a fabulous job that evening!

5:30 p.m. networking and announcements;
6 - 7:30 p.m. World cafe
Cost: $10 members, and $15 non-members
Food: A variety of finger foods with gluten free choices!
This is an in-person meeting as it does not lend itself to remote participation. However, a World Café is easily portable and can be held anywhere in the state. Please contact your regional program coordinator if you would like to help organize one in your area.
