Change is coming faster, it's happening all around us, and our world is completely different then we are used to. Keeping up with all this change can take a toll on people’s well-being. Understanding how you deal with your own emotions in times of change can help you to manage emotions of others.
In this session we will explore how self-awareness of reactions to change can broaden your relationships and amplify a sense of control over life.
Our speaker, Kara Spinosi, has successfully built a reputation as an engaging and productive leader. Her qualifications include experience in organizational change management, communication and collaboration, and the implementation of best practices and procedures. She achieves ongoing success with her teams by building morale, providing training, and recognizing member strengths.
