The second in our Pathway to Change series, this event focuses on the importance of the Change Discovery phase within the Change Management life cycle.
ACMP Ohio's Programming Chair, Dion Charles - an expert in the CM field - will lead us through a conversation around the Change Discovery process, including inputs and outcomes when managing an organizational change initiative.
This event is intended for all experience levels - from beginner to expert, providing an open dialogue around the discovery process.
