Since creating the Value Management function for the Office of Budget and Management (OBM) and the State of Ohio, Betsy Bashore has promoted the value of change management to partner agencies, as well as financial and policy decision makers.
Join us to learn how active executive sponsor engagement, clear goal identification and strong project management became the cornerstones of the value management practice developed by her section and how this has helped advance the art of benefits realization and OCM within the State.
As the administrator for Ohio’s benefits realization program for major projects, Betsy Bashore is a champion for organizational change management, particularly as OCM is critical to projects achieving desired outcomes. Betsy has more than 25 years of public sector experience and earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Toledo.
