Executive sponsors are crucial to the success of our projects and the work we do as OD and Change professionals. We are often challenged to get time on their calendars, so when we do, we want those conversations to really count!
Join us on October 17 for a combined CCODN/ACMP event to try out some techniques for structuring these conversations for maximum success. Deb Stets and Sue Dolloff will guide us in blending the structure from “Crucial Conversations” with selected habits from “7 Habits of Highly Effective People.”
This will be an evening of sharing, learning, and practicing with other OD and Change professionals. We look forward to hearing your insights and experiences with these very important conversations.
