Join us for AASPA's Physician Assistant Student Track Webinar! We are thrilled to provide this special student opportunity for students to learn about "Adventures to PA-land: The Journey from PA-S to PA-C". We will discuss pertinent topics such as:

  • The PANCE
  • Licensure
  • Job Applications
  • Transition to the PA-C
Join from the comfort of your home and learn from real PAs and recently graduated PAs who understand the process of transitioning from the PA-S to the PA-C! There will be an opportunity for live question and answer. In addition, we have an added special surgical preparation section including:
  • An introduction to being a surgical PA and the operating room
Presented by Margaret Holland, MPAS, PA-C
Margaret Holland is a graduate of the George Washington University Physician Assistant Program and has been involved with AASPA since 2015. She currently practices as a surgical PA at Boston Children's Hospital in Massachusetts, in the specialty area of pediatric congenital cardiac surgery. Prior to this, she spent several years in the Northern Virginia area working in adult cardiothoracic and vascular surgery. In addition to being a PA, she is also a registered nurse and has experience as a teacher and academic tutor. She is passionate about working with AASPA's students and PAs, and desires to see them fulfill their dreams in healthcare. As Director of Education since 2017, she has taught workshops and the Pre-PA/PA Student track for several years as well as being involved with CME development and the publication of AASPA's periodical Sutureline.

Cost: $30 for non-members
