The Euless Library Foundation (ELF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the visibility and growth of the Euless Public Library. Through the purchase of public art and the support of programs and projects, ELF helps the Library fulfill its vision of serving as the cultural center of Euless.
Over the years, Foundation members have helped bring lasting improvements to the Library, including public art installations that enrich the experience of everyone who visits.
