Family Members

You understand that you are fully responsible for the conduct of your Family member(s) or guest(s) in the course of using the U.S. Air Force Services Club and accept responsibility for any obligation they or you incur in the course of using the U.S. Air Force Services Club.

Fees

You hereby authorize the U.S. Air Force Services to deduct from your appropriated or non-appropriated fund, pay or other monies due you for any dishonored check/e-Check (plus associated processing charges) dispute fees or unpaid dues charges. You will be billed for failed/payment fees when your e-check is not honored by your bank due to insufficient funds or when the member inadvertently disputes the charge.
