Maurice established this fund  in 2021 to provide scholarships for students who study  (as well as recent graduates pursuing additional education /certification) in fields related to Human Capital / Human Capital Management (e.g., Change Management, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Employee Engagement/ Experience, Human Resources Management, Industrial & organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Organizational Culture, Organizational Design,  Performance Management, Strategic Communications, Talent Acquisition/ Recruiting, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Workforce Analytics and other related disciplines).  Maurice’s career in this area has flourished so he hope this  scholarship will encourage others to pursue a career on this path.
