Building for the Future

The Alpha Epsilon Chapter has just purchased a new house (1301 S. Busey Avenue in Urbana, IL). Our chapter has seen substantial growth and improvement in the last few years as evidenced by twenty new brothers in the 2019-2020 school year and the chapter and its members receiving four awards at Zeta Psi Convention 2020!

This new house was possible due in part through a generous donation by Br. Dick Brickman (class of 1955). It is now on us to maximize the potential of this property! All funds raised will go to our ZPAE Housing Corp. Ltd. for house maintenance, landscaping, furniture, payback of a loan from the Zeta Psi Educational Foundation, and other needs as the Chapter prepares to move into our new property in Fall 2021.

There are a variety of donation levels and options to choose from. Below, you will see each donation level and what to donate for room naming rights. Each donation level with receive a thank you gift and your name on a plaque for your level in the new house.

Founding Level (1909): $190.90 - $399.99

Orange Level: $400 - $699.99

Blue Level: $700 - $999.99

Oskee Wow Wow Level: $1,000 - $2,499.99

Red Grange Level: $2,500 and up

Why not purchase naming rights to one of the rooms specified below for the next decade? These naming rights can be on behalf of an individual, a class, or whatever option is fitting for both the donor and the chapter. Check out the options below:

Bedroom Naming Rights: $5,000

  • There are 10 bedrooms with naming rights for purchase. Room choices for your name will be on a first-come, first-served basis.


(SOLD) Recreation Room Naming Rights: $7,000
  • An area of the house that brothers spend an abundance of time. Why not have your name attached to one of the most fun and lively parts of the house?


(SOLD) Education/Study Room Naming RIghts: $7,000
  • The Alpha Epsilon Chapter prides itself on the academic excellence of its members. Help ensure the space is given a name equal to its level of importance.


(SOLD) Chapter Room Naming Rights: $10,000
  • The Chapter Room functions as the central point for chapter events and operations. Such a prestigious room is deserving of the perfect name (It could be yours!)
