The Junior League of Troy, Inc. is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable. Our network of generous donors and volunteers share a mission of providing services to support the Troy community for over 87 years. We work in partnership with other non-profit agencies and organizations that provide services to our community.

OUR NEW MISSION

The Troy Junior League helps families maintain a healthy lifestyle by launching our new community outreach flagship project, WIN Program (Wellness Incentive Network) to improve health outcomes around the Troy community by encouraging physical and mental health, providing access to healthy foods and educational training on healthy nutrition.  Our end goal is to create a "culture of health" by transforming our community to be more aware of how to achieve a healthy lifestyle by offering incentives which are most impactful and achievable to produce long term results.

Your donations are what make the Troy Junior League WIN Program continue to grow healthy lifestyle curriculums and events in our community.

The Troy Junior League is part of the larger organization, founded in 1901 by New Yorker and social activism pioneer Mary Harriman, the Junior Leagues are charitable nonprofit organizations of women, developed as civic leaders, making a demonstrable impact on their communities.

As a result of this work, The Junior League—and the more than 150,000 women in 291 communities in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Mexico who comprise its ranks—has amassed an archive of tangible results and a reputation as thoughtful and influential change agents dedicated to the public good.
