Dear Mantua Supporter,
We are participating in the Run for Rocky this year to provide curriculum, staff development, and additional activities to our Mantua school and community. Please help us meet our goals! Donate at the link below to support us:

The Run for Rocky is Mantua PTA’s largest fundraiser of the year that seeks to generate funds that WILL be injected into the school this year to include various curriculum materials, staff development and other teacher resources, and fun PTA programs and events for the school community. 
 
The Run for Rocky also promotes healthy habits, boosts school spirit and fosters community involvement. 
 
 
INCENTIVES!!
Students that raise money will have the chance to participate in our Large Gift Raffle! For every $100 they raise, their name will be entered one time into the raffle. Winners will be announced at the completion of our fundraising period on November 5th!

Additionally, during the week of Run for Rocky, the classrooms with the highest levels of participation will earn a special class incentive from their teacher. Only one classroom winner per day (unless there is a tie) and a classroom can only win once during the week.
 
To say thank to our teachers for helping us raise funds for the school, we will host a special “teachers-only” raffle. For every $200 that a classroom raises, the classroom teacher will get his/her name in the teacher raffle for two $150 gift cards from Amazon. Drawings for those prizes will be on November 5th.

October 15 – November 5 - 3-week fundraising period
October 22 or 25 - Pep Rally (pre-recorded to be shown during your class meeting)
October 28 - Run For Rocky Schedule:
            3rd-4th grades- 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m.
            K-2nd grades- 10:30-11:30 a.m.
            5th-6th grades-11:30-12:30 p.m.
November 5 – Last day to collect money

During the days leading up to Run for Rocky, we’re going to encourage students to participate in Spirit Week! 
Monday – Crazy Hair/Clothes Day
Tuesday – Crazy Hat Day
Wednesday – Olympic Rings Color Day
         K-1st- Blue
         2-3rd – Yellow
         4th – Black
         5th – Green
         6th - Red
Thursday – Spirit Parade Dress Up Day
Friday – Pajama Day
