We are participating in the Virtual Run for Rocky this year to provide curriculum, staff development, and additional activities to our Mantua school and community. Please help us meet our goals! Donate at the link below to support us:

The Virtual Run for Rocky is Mantua PTA’s largest fundraiser of the year that seeks to generate funds that WILL be injected into the school this year to include various curriculum materials, staff development and other teacher resources, and fun virtual PTA programs and events for the school community. Even though we are virtual, we still have a need to support the school!
The Virtual Run for Rocky also promotes healthy habits, boosts school spirit and fosters community involvement.
This year’s format will be different as we will be doing a Virtual Run for Rocky. We’ve designated times for students to go out and get active, but we are making it very flexible. Students can go out and run, walk, jump rope – whatever they want to do to get active. They can also be active in their front yard, back yard or in their neighborhood. If a student has a conflict during the times listed below, they can participate in any of the other time slots, or if they want to participate with a sibling, that is perfectly fine as well!
INCENTIVES!!
Students that raise money will have the chance to participate in our Large Gift Raffle! For every $50 they raise, their name will be entered one time into the raffle. Winners will be announced at the completion of Virtual Run for Rocky Week on November 6th!

Additionally, during the week of Virtual Run for Rocky, the classrooms that raise the most money will earn a special class incentive from their teacher. Only one class can win per week.
To say thank to our teachers for helping us raise funds for the school, we will host a special “teachers-only” raffle. For every $200 that a classroom raises, the classroom teacher will get his/her name in the teacher raffle for two $150 gift cards from Amazon. Drawings for those prizes will be on November 6th.

Tuesday, Oct. 27 – grades K-2 participate from 3-4pm
Wednesday, Oct. 28 – grades 3-4 participate from 3-4pm
Thursday, Oct. 29 – grades 5-6 participate from 3-4pm
Friday, Oct. 30 – make up day if inclement weather
Nov. 6th – Last day to collect money
