I have received the opportunity of being able to ride with Law Enforcement United on the Ruff Ride to honor fallen K-9 heroes. This is a ride that is very near and dear to my heart. I will be riding in honor of K-9 Axe from St. Clair Shores Police Dept, EOW 11/4/18.

K9 Axe was shot and killed after officers responded to reports of an armed subject outside of a banquet hall.

As officers arrived on the scene they encountered a subject who was armed with a rifle and handgun. The man fled on foot with officers in pursuit. K9 Axe was deployed for an apprehension and was shot by the man.

I will also be honoring my friend Collin Rose who was a K-9 Handler for Wayne State University Police Department, EOW 11/22/16.

Please help me honor these fallen heroes as we ride the C&O Canal Trail from Cumberland MD to Washington DC. All proceeds will be going to Concerns for Police Survivors to help run Kids Camp for the children of fallen officers.

Law Enforcement United is founded upon and committed to honoring officers who have died in the line of duty, and ensuring that their surviving family is supported and not forgotten.

Our fundraising efforts support The Road to Hope, Concerns of Police Survivors,The Officer Down Memorial Page,and Spirit of Blue Foundation.

Together we will go the extra mile to honor these heroes and help their surviving family members always have the support programs they need to begin to rebuild. We are a group of Law Enforcement Officers, Survivors, and Civilian supporters who have made it our mission to honor the fallen and remember the survivors.
We are 100% volunteer driven organization. We all have full time jobs and families just like you.
