Dues Assistance Program

Each year, a number of our collegiate sisters are forced to resign as a result of financial hardship. Many of our students at Zeta Lambda - UC Riverside are first-time college students and have minimal financial support from their family. Many work throughout their college days to pay for Delta Gamma and other activities. COVID-19 has also impacted our collegians and their families making it difficult for them to meet their financial obligations, even with reduced dues from the removal of social events and other gatherings from chapter budget.

We want to help. And we have.

Since 2017 academic year, we have supported several women, including two just this month, with dues through the Dues Assistance Program.

Applications are reviewed by a voluntary committee of Inland Empire Delta Gamma Alumnae association members. Applicants are offered an opportunity to explain their situation and the steps they are taking to be able to handle the future financial responsibility to the chapter. We verify that they are otherwise in good standing with Delta Gamma and a decision is made.

We still need your help more than ever right now. We have several pending applications and need additional funding to support these women and we do expect to receive additional requests. If you are able during this difficult time, please consider making a donation that will support this program and our young women.
