I love seeing how our philanthropy has positively influenced the lives of so many people who are visually impaired. I not only enjoy volunteering at NYABA's Goalball practices and attending Achilles walks in Central Park, but I've also had the opportunity to volunteer at one of Delta Gamma's School for the Blind. The money raised for Service for Sight goes directly towards helping our sisters and supporting people and communities that are visually impaired, and raising awareness for this important cause in all regards.

Anchor Games 2019

Greetings from the sisters of Eta Phi chapter of Delta Gamma at NYU! We will be holding our Anchor Games on October 5, 2019 at the Grace Church School gym located at 86 4th Avenue from 12:30 to 3:30.

We would like to thank you for your participation in our fundraiser benefitting the Delta Gamma Foundation.

"Do Good," our motto since 1873, was penned by our Founders even before the letters Delta and Gamma were chosen. This motto is alive and well in 2019.

Our VISION is to greatly impact the lives of people who are blind or visually impaired. We also look to benefit our members through life-enriching educational opportunities, as well as merit and need-based scholarships and graduate fellowships.

Since 1936, our national philanthropy has been Service for Sight. Delta Gammas across the United States and Canada fundraise and volunteer their time (approximately 120,000 hours per year) to assist those who are blind or visually impaired. Four schools for children who are blind or visually impaired have been established by Delta Gammas and continue to thrive to this day. Donations from our fundraising events also assist in the area of grants to organizations which share our Service for Sight mission. We are making a difference!
