Anchor Splash 2021

Greetings from the sisters of Alpha Iota chapter of Delta Gamma at University of Oklahoma!  We will be holding our Anchor Splash on Wednesday, September 22 from 6-8pm.

We would like to thank you for your participation in our fundraiser benefitting the Delta Gamma Foundation.

Anchor Splash is a swimming competition in which sororities, fraternities, service clubs, sports teams and campus interest groups compete in relays, synchronized swimming, and other swimming events. This is one of the most popular and well-attended events at the University of Oklahoma. 

"Do Good," our motto since 1873, was penned by our Founders even before the letters Delta and Gamma were chosen. This motto is alive and well in 2021.

Our VISION is to greatly impact the lives of people who are blind or visually impaired. We also look to benefit our members through life enriching educational opportunities, as well as merit and need-based scholarships and graduate fellowships.

Since 1936, our national philanthropy has been Service for Sight. Delta Gammas across the United States and Canada fundraise and volunteer their time (approximately 120,000 hours per year) to assist those who are blind or visually impaired. Four schools for children who are blind or visually impaired have been established by Delta Gammas and continue to thrive to this day.  Donations from our fundraising events also assist in the area of grants to organizations which share our Service for Sight mission. We are making a difference!
