Chambers Primary PTA starts each school year out by donating directly to Chambers Primary School for additional support for field trips, enrichment and assemblies. We also provide grants throughout the for every teacher to help offset the costs of supplies, books and snacks. Our other direct contributions to the school are staff appreciation events - Is anyone else feeling the appreciation after trying to teach your kids? Chambers PTA also utilizes our funds to bring our community together by hosting family events, providing advocacy resources, supplying grade level T-shirts to each child for spirit days and celebrating our 4th graders through 4th grade moving on.
The giving of time and funds to enrich the learning experience and support our school community of teachers, staff, students and families alike, is the most important contribution from our PTA. However, it takes fundraising efforts and PTA took a hit financially from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
We are not giving up. We will remain strong in our efforts. Our fundraising goal for this year is $27,500 through various fundraising events. Direct donations to the general fund help to off-set our other fundraising efforts and allow volunteers to focus on fun and advocacy. Please consider giving to support the learning experience and our overall school community so that we can remain as strong as ever. Whether you donate $10.00 or $1,000.00 - any amount is greatly appreciated and does not go unnoticed.
