Do Good Plaza Paver Project

Hello Sister,

As you may remember we at the Boise alumnae association along with the Nu Chapter of Delta Gamma are proud to have a paver at Do Good Plaza located in the Wassmuth Center in Boise. The process to start this project began in 2024 and it has been completed!

As a reminder Do Good Plaza was created with the idea that a single life and a simple message can ripple outward in powerful ways. In memory of Braden Caldwell, a Bishop Kelly student who tragically passed away before his Junior year in high school but in his life embodied the phrase “Do Good”. With this beautiful tribute sharing our Do Good motto we and the women of Nu chapter felt having a paver inscribed was a great way to have a lasting contribution to the Boise community.

Our paver is inscribed with a quote from Mr. Rogers “Being kind means responding to the needs of others and people can be kind no matter how old or young we are.”

We pledged to raise $2500 for the paver and have raised $1850 so far! For the remaining $680, we are accepting donations to the link through Member Planet.

We are also holding a fundraiser! We have a limited-edition ribbon wreath created by our VP Programming, Laurel Rickard for her company Connie Lee Creations. We have 4 wreaths left for sale, all proceeds going to the funding of the paver.

Any funds raised either monetarily or via the wreath fundraiser beyond the current pledge to Do Good Plaza will go to the Delta Gamma Foundation.

Thank you so much for your enthusiasm and sharing in the creation of this lasting tribute to achieve our ideal to Do Good!
