    Greetings Soleado Families,

It has been wonderful to see Soleado students showing acts of KINDNESS in honor of Yellow Ribbon Week. We know Soleado Suns are always kind, respectful and responsible, but this week was really nice to see all these acts of kindness on display! Also, I-ready Diagnostic results went home this week in grades 1-5. If for some reason you didn’t see your child’s results come home, please contact your child’s teacher.

Coming up:
  • Oct. 4th-- No Homework Night AND Panda Express Fundraiser
  • Oct. 9—School Site Council 2pm
  • Oct. 10—PTA meeting 9am, BOB meeting 3pm
  • Oct. 12—Soleado School wide Disaster Drill
If you can believe it, October has started this weekend!

We’ll see you in October!

PTA News

Hello Soleado Sun Families,

Thank you PTA and CPA for helping out running our Yellow Ribbon Week activities this week. Kids had fun participating and showing some kindness around.

The National PTA Reflection is a nationally acclaimed student recognition program to encourage artistic creativity in the classroom and at home. It helps all students explore their own thoughts, feelings, and ideas, develop artistic literacy, increase confidence and find love for learning that will help them become more successful in school and in life.

The theme for this year is, “I AM HOPEFUL BECAUSE…”. Please encourage your child to participate. The deadline for this year’s entry is Oct 15th.  Please see the following flyer for more information.
