Breaking the PTA StereotypeGetting to know some of our Frank Love PTA members that come from all walks of life.
 PTA is important to me and my family because it offers another avenue of conversation with our school-age kids. The upcoming events allow us to have discussions that help us talk more in-depth about their school experience and any difficulties they are having and how we can start to solve any issues. The PTA also is a resource to talk to other parents and become involved in our school and community. Being a dad there is the on to become more involved than usual by joining the watchdog group (when school is in person!) This is a great opportunity to see and interact with your children in the school setting and to see 1st hand what they do each day and the hard work that the teachers and staff put forth to provide the best care and education possible. Our Food Pantry Needs Us! Our Frank Love Food Pantry needs our help! In order to continue to help our community, we need to restock the shelves.
 Items we can always use:
Soups
Microwaveable meals
Dinner in a box type meals (Hamburger Helper, etc)
Shelf stable sides like Rice-a-Roni, pasta kits, etc
Canned fruits, canned veggies, applesauce, fruit cups
Pasta and pasta sauce
Canned beans, chili
Chips, crackers, popcorn
Granola bars, fruit bars, oatmeal, cereal
Condiments
Pantry stables like sugar, flour, cooking oil, etc Food donations can be made at Frank Love on Wednesdays from 4:00-4:30 PM. For other donation options or questions, please contact Jenn Chi at jenn@flepta.org or Shannon Naugle at snaugle@nsd.org.

Volunteering with the PTA
With just a handful of engaged volunteers, we are doing our best to keep all the PTA programs going! Unfortunately, we have already had to cancel some events.
We are hoping to gain some more friends/volunteers to help out for future events.
