MGC Members,
The MGC Board held our monthly meeting this afternoon. Regrettably, we have decided to cancel the Invitational Tournament that was scheduled for September. There is too much uncertainty to plan this event properly.
The event has been our clubs signature tournament for many years. It is three days of fun, camaraderie and competition. We invite guests to participate from all over the United States and there are group dinners with drinks each evening.
At this point in time, county, state and federal guidelines will not allow us to have a shot gun start nor any gatherings as large as we usually have with this tournament.
Our club and our guests are unable to plan for this tournament with the guidelines changing frequently. Therefore, the 2020 MGC Invitational Tournament is cancelled.
