Fourth Annual State of the Uterus featuring Shannon Hovis, NARAL State Director

We are proud to host Shannon Hovis of NARAL for our annual talk on the status of reproductive rights in California and beyond. In lieu of asking members to pay to attend, this year we will be suggesting an optional donation that will go to NARAL.
| Shannon Olivieri Hovis is the Director of NARAL Pro-Choice California. A policy expert and political strategist, Shannon has spent her career fighting for civil and human rights, with nearly fifteen years of experience as a change maker in state and local government, the classroom, electoral campaigns, and mission-driven advocacy. As a proud bisexual feminist, Shannon is fiercely committed to intersectional leadership, equity, and diversity. She holds Bachelor’s degrees in Social Sciences and Theatre from the University of Southern California, a Master of Science for Teachers from Pace University, and a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley. |  |
