Registration Open for Mantua Basketball
Is your student interested in shooting hoops? Do you want to mentor a group of students through basketball? All Mantua students in 3rd-6th are eligible to register in September and October for the PTA basketball league, which embraces students with a wide variety of skill levels and emphasizes teamwork, skill development and sportsmanship.

Early registration (beginning in September): $50 for PTA members and $55 for nonmembers. Late registration (October 1-11): $60 for PTA members and $65 for nonmembers. Registrations cannot be accepted after Friday, October 11th.

The league is organized into four divisions: 3rd and 4th grade boys, 3rd and 4th grade girls, 5th and 6th grade boys, and 5th and 6th grade girls. Typically, the divisions are broken down further into 8-10 teams, which have one evening practice each week and one game each weekend—all held in the school gym.

Our league relies exclusively on volunteers at all levels: division commissioners, parent coaches, and referees. Training is provided for coaches and referees. Please consider volunteering. Find more information at the Mantua Basketball website at Contact Dan Lash at if you have any questions about the league or would like to volunteer.
