Good Morning All,
As many of you know Hurricane Florence is bearing down on the east coast. PermitTechNation is preparing to assist the communities that are in its path with remote damage assessment input should the need arise.
We have offered our assistance to ICC Region VII, we have been put on the contact list in South Carolina and we have posted on our Facebook page for those we don't have contact with that we are available to assist. Please feel free to share this with those in the affected areas to let them know they can reach out to us.
The purpose of this email is to let our members and those on our national contact list that we may need your help. Please keep an eye out for additional emails from myself or another PTN member.
We will follow the same procedure as we did for Texas during Hurricane Harvey:
1. An email will go out with a link to complete a Google Form if you are able to assist. Please fill out this form.
2. If you volunteer, documents will be sent to the email or Dropbox address you provide. You will have a certain amount of time to complete the entry and contact the coordinator when complete.
3. Once all documents have been entered the coordinator will return the spreadsheets to the community.
We truly appreciate any assistance you are able to provide. We send our thoughts and prayers to those in the path of the storm. Please be safe!
