Come and join us at Silver Spur's third annual, all-grades Science Expo. There will be cutting-edge, innovative technologies and hands-on activities provided by participating local businesses, universities, local schools, and other scientists.
All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation and will enter in a raffle to win an array of fabulous, educational STEAM kits, toys, games, books, summer camps, and t-shirts.
The evening will be filled with innovation and inspiration!

Every school year, our supportive PTA awards two $1,000 scholarships to current high school seniors who graduated from Silver Spur, one recipient from each of PV High and Peninsula High.
The applicants this year again demonstrated incredible skills, determination, creativity, and character. They have given back to the community, thrived in athletics and arts, worked hard in school, and much more. Additionally, we were moved and inspired by their personal essays and letters of recommendation.
The committee selected the following two students for our 2022 Silver Spur PTA Scholarship:
PV Peninsula HS - Collin Shiang
Palos Verdes HS - Zach Dawson
We are so excited to announce they will attend our June 3rd assembly to meet all of the kids and offer a few inspirational words to the students of Silver Spur!!!
