Questions or comments: | Principal's Message  Dear Soleado School Community,
I would like to update you about work the District is doing regarding our facilities. Almost all our buildings are at least 50 years old. While our Maintenance and Operations team does a great job keeping them looking good, significant infrastructure work needs to be done at almost every site including electrical capacity and wiring, updated plumbing and bathrooms, roofing, data communication wiring, etc.
Here at Soleado we established a site facilities team last Spring 2019, made up of teachers, parents, and staff in order to provide input on our school’s facility needs to the district wide Facility Advisory Committee. As a result of this work some of our top priorities here at Soleado are:- Repaving upper and lower asphalt and modernizing both the Kindergarten and 1st-5th playgrounds
- Security cameras, replacing and increasing fencing around the school to define a single forced-entry point
- New heating and air conditioning system
We’re making progress, and I will keep you updated as discussions continue. I am very glad that site input has been asked for on multiple occasions and I am hopeful that we reach a solution soon about how we can repair and upgrade our facilities. And, as always, thank you for your support of our students.

 Shop at Ralphs/Krogers to help the Soleado Suns!!!Question: How do I change my card to contribute to a different organization?
Answer: Just go online at www.ralphs.com, click on Sign In, click on My Account, click on Community Rewards, click on Edit Community Contributions, and then complete the information with your new organization number.
Question: How do I know my card is registered?
Answer: After you successfully register your card online, you will see your organization information on your profile page. It’s always a good idea to print this page and keep it for your records. Also, just look on your receipt, and you will see "At your request, Ralphs is donating to your organization name" within 7 business days of online registration.
 Chevron Car Wash Tuesdays! Get your car washed on Tuesdays at the Chevron at Highridge & Hawthorne, sign in at the cashier (mention for Soleado) and a portion of your fee goes back to Soleado.
