The Fraternity Executives Association (FEA) in partnership with Tilson HR is bringing you a three-part webinar series focused on staffing, retention, and employee engagement. April 16, 2:00 p.m. - Staffing - With a focus on recruitment and onboarding, we will explore best practices, how to best identify what makes a good candidate and the impact a strong onboarding program can have on employee engagement and satisfaction.
August 13, 1:00 p.m. - Retention - With a focus on how to connect and retain good employees, we will explore the effectiveness of your performance management, how your workplace culture impacts retention and when it's ok to say farewell and wish someone the best!
September 17, 1:00 p.m. - Employee engagement & development - With a focus on Developing your staff, we will discuss the impact of employee engagement (in person or remote), identifying career paths (internally and externally) and how these items impact your retention and recruitment, bringing the series full circle.

The team at Tilson HR is also offering a 30-minute coaching session for all organizations who register.

About the Presenter
All three webinars will be led by Andrea J Munn, PHR, SHRM-CP. Andrea serves as the Director of Operations at Tilson.  She has over 20 years of experience working in the field of Human Resources, including benefits, general operations, strategic planning, and risk management.   Andrea joined the Tilson team as an Account Manager in 2013, providing HR services to clients, and was promoted in January 2020 to lead the HR Department for the organization. In 2023, She moved into the role of Director of Operations overseeing all functions of HR, Compliance, Payroll, & Benefits Administration.
 
Prior to joining Tilson, Andrea worked as the Director of Human Resources for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana where she oversaw the day-to-day HR operations, administered benefits, maintained compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding employment, and assisted the CEO and Board of Directors with strategic planning, compensation planning and workforce development. 
 
Andrea holds a B.S. in Public Affairs from Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute and certified by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP).  In addition to her HR certifications, Andrea also has her Health and Life Insurance license.  She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, Indy Chapter of SHRM, serves her community in many ways including,  Tri Kappa – Zeta Chapter Sorority Member and Chair of their Charity and Mental Health Committee, volunteers & supports the Central Indiana Police Foundation, United Way of Johnson County Christmas Angels, Habitat for Humanity, where she has participated in the women’s build multiple time,  and volunteers regularly at her Church.  Previously Andrea served on the Board of Directors for Human Services Johnson County.
