We are honored to welcome Kailei Carr, CEO of a transformational leadership development firm that specializes in working with high-profile leaders and Fortune 500 companies. Kailei's signature approach to leadership presence -- which is grounded in one's personal power and cultivated from the inside out -- has helped high-potential leaders around the globe thrive and advance to the most senior ranks.
Kailei holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from Emory University. When she’s not coaching clients or speaking at conferences and corporations, Kailei can be found hosting her podcast, Beyond the Business Suit, which has more than 180 episodes and has been downloaded in 100 countries.

This year has given a whole new meaning to "2020 Hindsight." So how can leaders prepare themselves to handle these challenging times now and in the future? And how are women, in particular, well-equipped to take on the complexities the next decade may have in store for us? Kailei Carr will share answers to these questions and more in her keynote during the Coalition's National Leadership Forum.
