This 16-hour course is designed for law enforcement command staff, supervisors, and team leaders. Instruction consists of classroom lecture on legal issues, case law, case studies of tactical incidents, and lessons learned from tactical events. Emphasis is placed on knowledge and skills specific to law enforcement tactical operations to minimize liability exposure.
