“Organizational change creates new risk factors. There’s a certain irony here. Your change initiative is intended to solve problems. But anytime the organization makes major changes, you must deal with the problems of your solutions.”      –PRICE PRITCHETT, PH.D.

Summary
We all know that organizational change causes disruption and that it can leads to confusion and uncertainty for anyone in the midst of that change. Change management methodologies focus their processes at the strategic project management level, using proven tools and processes. Yet how much support is given to the leaders and managers with teams affected by the change? How do we as change consultants best prepare managers practically for what’s coming? How can we help them understand and manage the predictable dynamics, both personally and organizationally to keep teams engaged, model the right behaviors, anticipate reactions, address change-specific communication needs, and avoid unintentional mistakes that can derail execution of the change strategy?

Join us for our March 5th meeting when Patt Hardie will provide an engaging and interactive session entitled: Positioning Leaders to Do Change Right. She will provide a program summary and facilitate exercises, assessments, and share tools from Business as UnUsual, a practical workshop for leaders to manage themselves and others through change to address:
