The NCOA Member Development Fund and Conference Funds were established to enable the Association to continue efforts in supporting and sustaining existing programs and developing new programs, resources and benefits for our members, potential members, and their families.

NCOA is a certified Texas Non-Profit Corporation, Federal ID # 74-1394421, is designated by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt, 501(c)(19) corporation and, as such, all contributions to the Association are deductible to the extent provided by Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code.
