The HBCA is a 501(c) (4) organization run by volunteers. Today, the HBCA advocates for the Hampton Bays community to protect our fragile environment and infrastructure and to maintain and improve the quality of life of its residents.  We work to keep the community informed through our monthly membership meetings, email correspondence and enhanced technology.
